What delivery services do you offer?

CourierForce offer Same Day delivery for the most urgent of deliveries, Next Day where you are seeking an economical delivery without strict deadlines, International for world-wide deliveries and Specialist Services covers 7.5 tonne or unusual/awkward movements.

If we want to make a delivery today can this be done?

Yes, our Same Day delivery service is perfect. This is our flagship service and is suitable where you have an extremely tight deadline or simply a direct courier is the quickest and safest way to transport your important parcels. From a single envelope to multiple pallets we operate small vans/large vans and 7.5 tonne vehicle for larger loads. There is no minimum or maximum as to what we can carry.

What happens if we need a courier late at night or at weekends?

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. There are no additional surcharges for out of hours deliveries. Please note, for out of hours we only operate a direct Same Day service.

Can you collect parcels from across the United Kingdom?

CourierForce has a network of couriers across the UK and a number of operational centres. Should you need a delivery or a collection made from any UK based location, please call us now to find out more.

What track and trace and satellite/GPS communication systems do CourierForce use?

For Same Day deliveries, all driver’s vehicles carry satellite navigation and a number of vehicles use tracking devices. We also believe in more traditional methods of mobile phone communication and we speak to our drivers continuously en-route to get accurate, “real time” guidance from our drivers.

For Next Day deliveries, all parcels are track and traced, bar coded and scanned from the collection to the delivery point for your piece of mind.

Do CourierForce handle Ebay shipments?

Unfortunately we do not. We primarily deal with the Business to Business sector and home deliveries are handled by couriers who specifically operate within that area of the delivery market.

If we are a business and want to use your services, is there a minimum usage to keep the account “live”?

Not at all. We work with businesses who use our services on an ad-hoc weekly, monthly or quarterly basis or customers who have more specific/regular needs. Our customers only use us as they need to and there are no dormant account charges or financial penalties in doing so. We’re here simply when you need us!
